Eric Sain is a dynamic force in Florida real estate—an award-winning REALTOR®, passionate leader, exciting speaker/emcee, and seasoned District Sales Manager for The Keyes Company in Palm Beach Gardens. With over 27 years of experience helping over 660 customers achieve the American Dream of homeownership, Eric combines unmatched industry knowledge with heart, hustle, and high-impact leadership.  

Before stepping into real estate, Eric earned a degree in Radio/TV/Film Production from UNC-Chapel Hill and launched a successful career in the entertainment industry, performing alongside icons like Dolly Parton, Shania Twain, and Reba McEntire. That same charisma and creativity now drive his work as a sales coach, mentor, and real estate strategist—empowering agents and guiding buyers and sellers across Palm Beach County.

Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 1998, Eric quickly rose to the top, earning honors like Rookie of the Year (2001), Florida REALTORS® Associate of the Year (2010), and Florida REALTOR® of the Year (2020). With over $125 million in career sales and expertise in luxury, waterfront, and new construction properties, he’s built a reputation anchored in professionalism, trust, and service.

Eric’s commitment to the REALTOR® organization is unmatched. He’s held leadership roles at every level—locally as President of the REALTORS® Association of the Palm Beaches and founder of its YPN Chapter, statewide as 2019 President of Florida REALTORS®, and nationally as 2024 Vice President of Association Affairs for NAR. His resume reads like a roadmap of REALTOR® advocacy, innovation, and impact.

A proud graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy, Eric has chaired everything from public policy and professional standards to RPAC fundraising and national meetings. Whether serving as Region 5 RVP or leading C2EX initiatives, Eric brings energy, vision, and results.

When he’s not coaching agents, speaking on stage, or serving the industry, you’ll find Eric and his partner John exploring national parks, riding their motorcycles down the Florida coast, Airstreaming, or enjoying life with their beloved dog, Selma.
