After spending over 20 years as a Realtor, I have come to realize each seller’s situation & their property are like fingerprints. Every property needs a personalized marketing plan based on current market, pricing, condition & most times it takes maneuvering as I go according to the level of action & feedback I receive. But there are certain guidelines and promises I make to any person who chooses to trust me to sell their property.
First is that I am a woman of Integrity. I promise to be someone you can TRUST. I feel this is the most IMPORTANT thing I bring to the table. I serve God, not money. I promise to never steer you in the wrong direction just so I can make a commission, and I will always be honest with you- even if it hurts my bottom line. My hope is that if you ask past clients about me- they will tell you that I am someone you can trust! As a matter of fact, I built my business to be referral based- and thankfully I seem to have succeeded, as 90% of my work is from referrals! My desire is that you too will say this & refer me future business- based on your experience with me.
My second promise is to be ACCESSIBLE. I pride myself on being reachable, as I also find it very stressful when I need answers to questions or concerns and cannot reach the person I need to speak with. Unfortunately, this can be a huge issue in this industry as many agents work real estate part time & are hard to reach, if at all. I treat my job as a Realtor as my full time 9am-5pm Mon- Fri and then weekends as needed =). I check progress on each file daily & plan next moves according to feedback & movement with my team on a weekly- if not daily basis. If I ever go out of town or am not in office – one of my team members will be available to accommodate any showings or appointments (including a Spanish speaking agent), and I am usually always reachable by text when away =)
In my daily business I respond to voicemails/texts/emails within the same day and typically as it comes in. I tell all my buyers & sellers that the name on the “FOR SALE” sign in front of your home determines if buyers and other agents can quickly gain access to show, send offers and set inspections and such. It is an absolute MUST people can reach your Realtor. Real Estate sales are not a straight line, they zig & zag and I will be there every step of the way ready to come up with a solution.
