Joselyn Ojeda

Joselyn brings a holistic approach to real estate with over nine years of experience in areas of architectural design, project management, real property investments and acquisitions, and retail merchandising. Capable of handling client needs from various angles, Joselyn is equipped with the necessary skills and experience to market an asset to its highest and fullest potential. To date, Joselyn has successfully underwritten over $200MM worth of commercial real estate and formed part of leading project management teams of notable mixed-use developments including Seritage Growth Properties’ Esplanade at Aventura and The Social at Westfield Broward. Joselyn holds both a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a Master’s in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami. She has been an Alumni Mentor to UM's MRED+U Program since 2018 and is certified by the National Charette Institute.
