Hi, I’m Kevin Marshburn, a Realtor and active real estate investor. Prior to serving clients as a Realtor, I managed the fix-and-flip division for a real estate investment firm purchasing, renovating, and selling homes throughout Florida. That experience honed my skills in underwriting and market analysis, buying right, and listing properties that actually sell! I’m honored to share that knowledge with my clients to help shepherd the process of making one of the biggest investments of their lives: buying or selling a home.
