Lucia Spriggs

Hello there! My name is Lucia Davis, but friends call me Lucy. I am a local Real Estate Salesperson in the Sunshine Capital of the world, Saint Petersburg, Florida. From being raised in the mountains of Upstate New York, I relocated to Florida over a decade ago. I traded in my skis and poles for fins and a fishing poles. The greater Tampa Bay area has been my home for years, I have seen the growth and evolution of these small cities and it is magical. I have grown strong connections within these communities, as it is extremely important to stay up to date on current market trends as they vary from town to town. 

All over the Greater Tampa Bay area I have helped friends, family, and strangers buy and sell their homes. My biggest valued strength is that I will do whatever it takes to get the job done, quite literally.  I have  crawled under deep crawl spaces, driven 5 hours for one signature, I have helped paint clients homes to prepare for selling, and I will never stop doing these things. 

 Communication is one of my main focuses, during, before and after every transaction.  My clients are never left in the dark, as they are aware of the buying and selling process before it  begins. I will always listen to their needs and wants, find solutions, and advocate for my clients.
